Version 6.2

In the rGuide Library we have added several new interface languages, improved numerous complex administrative features and workflows, and enhanced the user interface for Public Users.

In the rGuides we have focused on improving several fundamental aspects of our video delivery mechanisms. We have implemented adaptive bitrate detection features, which means that our product is now able to detect an end user's bandwidth, in real time, and adjust the quality of a video stream accordingly. This ensures that overall bandwidth/data consumption is minimal, and it results in very little buffering, fast start times and a good experience for end-users with both high-end and low-end connections. We are also distributing the rGuide content to relay-servers across the globe. Effectively, this puts the content closer to you, which, in turn, means increased access speed and decreased latency.

We have also improved the general searchability of all rGuide-based content by enhancing core audio transcription processes and by streamlining our search indexing procedures.

This release in the rGuide Library we've fine tuned some of the site settings and site preferences availble to adminsitrators. We've also added some new adminsitration reports and the first user-side reports.

In the Content Server we've improved our screen/webcam recorder, and added support for proof-of-skill videos and automated test proctoring.

Version 6.0

With this major release we focused our efforts on improving the presentation of the rGuide Library. We completely redesigned the library interface and condensed it down to just a few pages. We added widgets, which allow for integration and customization, and be sure to check out the new Advanced Search options.

On the Content Server side, we added a new transcription engine, which yields extremely high accuracy, and for authors, we updated the rGuide Page WYSIWYG editor.

Finally, check out the mobile version of your library. You can access all of your training content, including videos, from any Android-powered device.
